Candidate must have a a passion for golf with strong customer service skills.
Computer knowledge, ability to multitask, and work as a team a must.
Come be a part of an amazing team surrounded by others who love golf! Applicants must be available a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week consisting of 1 weekend shift.
Shifts are typically Open 7am - 1pm or Close 1pm-7pm.
Primary Responsibility & Duties:
Meets and greets all guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Answer the telephone taking starting time requests and assisting guests.
Tee Sheet management and collection of all golf, rental, and merchandise fees.
Communicates clearly to assists guests in playing the course.
Ensure pro shop is clean & stocked of merchandise in a presentable way.
Coordinates with Outside Cart Attendant to maintain a consistent level of cart availability and to ensure guests are following the rules.
When no cart attendant is present, stage golf carts and occasionally clean and put away at day's end.
Communicates to Course Grounds Crew about any changes to the tee sheet or any updates that need to be addressed on the course.
Ability to explain golf products and services and other information about Stonybrook.
Work as a team with fellow staff, Owner & Golf Professional in setup and execution of tournaments and events.
Report guest complaints promptly to Owner and provide quality customer service.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Golf knowledge or passion and knowledge of the game Computer skills - Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word Valid Driver's License Weekend availability with commitment to 2 shifts per week Pay & Benefits $16.
00/HOUR Free Golf Membership, Golf Handicap, ability to play in member tournaments when does not interfere with work or paying customers.
