Responsibilities:
The As Needed Kitchen Staff t is responsible for the production and service of lunch and dinner for the campus staff, students, and visitors.
It is each chef's responsibility to ensure the kitchen is run in accordance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.

00 per hour, time and a half eligible MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent Food Service experience (institutional cooking preferred) 1 years' experience required Strong interpersonal skills with youth clients and co-workers Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Communication Proficiency Collaboration Skills
Essential Functions:
Prepare and serve lunch and dinner Prepare meals for Residential Clients Prepare meals for school students and staff Assist in keeping equipment and facility clean Work overtime as needed Accept incoming deliveries Prepare and assist agency catering special functions and holidays
