Responsibilities:
The As Needed Kitchen Staff t is responsible for the production and service of lunch and dinner for the campus staff, students, and visitorsIt is each chef's responsibility to ensure the kitchen is run in accordance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.SCHEDULE:
As NeededRATE OF PAY:
$18.00 per hour, time and a half eligibleMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalentFood Service experience (institutional cooking preferred)1 years' experience requiredStrong interpersonal skills with youth clients and co-workersPersonal Effectiveness/CredibilityCommunication ProficiencyCollaboration Skills
Essential Functions:
Prepare and serve lunch and dinnerPrepare meals for Residential ClientsPrepare meals for school students and staffAssist in keeping equipment and facility cleanWork overtime as neededAccept incoming deliveriesPrepare and assist agency catering special functions and holidaysBENEFITS :
