Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with financial services such as preparing financial reports and statements - Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records - Utilize financial acumen to analyze and interpret financial data - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Maintain double entry bookkeeping system to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors - Assist with account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and double entry bookkeeping - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
